These are my favorite exercises I do when I train my legs. During "Leg Day" training, I will do 4 sets of 12-15 reps of each exercise w/ light to medium weight.

Get Up and Go with JNL
She is such an inspiration to me in terms of fitness, she embodies what I want to accomplish. Jennifer Nicole Lee, wife, mother of two and fitness extraodinair, went from being 70 lbs overweight to Miss Bikini. She has lots of great tips and info to help us w/ our fitness/training routine. Go JNL!
